mandates must be sent to the Membership Secretary who must
register them oN the club's computer system

debit payments are collected from members' bank building society
accounts around the 7th of each month. PLEASE
NOTE THAT ALL MEMBERS JOIN THE CLUB FOR A COMPLETE YEAR, NOT ON A
MONTHLY BASIS. THEREFORE, IF A MEMBER,
SUSPENDS OR STOPS A DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT, THE FULL BALANCE FOR THE YEAR
WILL BECOME DUE FOR PAYMENT BY THE END OF THAT MONTH.

1. 50p has been added to each monthly payment when paying by this method
to cover the bank charges. |
| 2. Single Junior and single Social members are
not eligible to pay by monthly Direct
Debit. However if there is more than one in a combined membership
e.g. joint social or more than one junior member in a family this
will be acceptable. Just multiply the annual individual
subscription by the number of people, divide by 12 to get the basic
monthly amount, then add 50p* . This will be the amount collected by

| 3. In view of the small amount of the Zone
C Student member's
subscription the monthly Direct Debit facility will not be
available. * For
membership periods of less than 12 months (club year ends
31/3/2006), divide full annual subsription by 12, then multiply by the number of months left
until 31/3/2006. This gives you the monthly payment but you
need to add 50p to this to cover our Direct Debit administration
fee..
