LADIES MORNING for ladies both members and non-members who have little experience includes coffee (£4 members/£6 non-members) if numbers are available.

THURSDAYS

Mini tennis is a wicked game, designed for anyone from 4 years old upwards.

It’s a fun & easy way to learn the game of tennis and a great way to make lots of new friends.

There are three levels -

	Red - where you can learn the basics. For those 4-6 yrs
	Orange - where you develop your skills on a 3/4-size court. 6-8 yrs
	Green - where you're playing on a full tennis court. 8-10 yrs

Once you're good enough and have mastered green, then you'll move onto tennis

Mini Tennis Red- 430pm-530pm, THURSDAYS

Cost: £3-75 for members of the Avenue LTC & £4-25 for non-members of Avenue LTC

Mini Tennis Orange- 530pm-630pm THURSDAYS

Cost: £3-75 for members of the Avenue LTC & £4-25 for non-members of Avenue LTC

Mini Tennis Green- 630pm-730pm, THURSDAYS

Cost: £3-75 for members of the Avenue LTC & £4-25 for non-members of Avenue LTC

CARDIO TENNIS

Improve your fitness and tennis at the same time

No COACHING

Just tennis drills aimed at making you work hard whilst hitting some balls

18:00 hrs to 19:00 hrs

Members - £4 per hour

Non Members - £5 per hour

ADULT IMPROVERS

This session is for those adults that have played some tennis before, players will learn about tactics in a game and different patterns of play. Players will also learn techniques to overcome situations within the game.

Every Thursday, 7pm-9pm, with fully qualified licensed, Coach Vinny Duddy

Cost: £5 for members per session/ £7 for non-members per session

FRIDAYS 1000-1200

EVERGREENS session is for both ladies and gentlemen over the age of 50 who enjoy a relaxing tennis environment includes coffee (£4 members/£6 non members) if numbers are available.

FRIDAYS 1830-2000

ADULT BEGINNERS session for those people who are completely new to the game of tennis, basic shots and tactics are shown in a fun environment. (£5-00 for both member and £6 for non members)

Junior Coaching on Saturdays - all levels from beginner to advanced

0900-1000 MINI TENNIS RED

For junior players who have very little or no tennis experience. During the session players will learn basic strokes using low compression tennis balls in a fun environment. Players will work towards a certificate through the mini tennis awards and will be set targets by the coach.

1000-1100 MINI TENNIS ORANGE

For junior players who are able to play on a shortened court, players will learn how to improve their strokes and movement in a fun packed session. Players will work towards a certificate through the mini tennis awards and will be set targets by the coach.

1100-1200 MINI TENNIS GREEN

For children who are beginning to rally on a full sized court and are able to keep a rally of at least 10 strokes. Players will learn to develop their shots in a game based environment.

1200-1300 SHARAPOVAS SMASHERS

A girls only sessions for those who are able to rally on a full sized court. The session is for those players who have had a little tennis experience

NO BOOKING REQUIRED!!!!!!

1330-1430 BIG HITTERS

A mixed session for those players with previous tennis experience who are looking for more advice on matchplay and tactics.

NO BOOKING REQUIRED!!!!!!!

We’ll be there whatever the weather!!!!!!

Just bring trainers and a drink, all equipment supplied!!
