And that’s exactly why we started Avenue Run Club.
Why Run?
Running is one of the simplest, most effective ways to boost both physical and mental health. It strengthens your heart, improves endurance, helps manage stress, and can even lift your mood through the release of endorphins. You don’t need fancy equipment—just a pair of comfortable shoes and a little motivation. You don’t need to be fast. You don’t have to go far. You just have to start.

Running alone can be tough, and staying motivated is harder when there’s no one waiting for you or cheering you on. That’s where Avenue Run Club comes in. We offer a run club built around real people—no pace requirements, no pressure, and no ego. Whether you’ve never run a mile or you’re training for your next 10K, you’ll find encouragement, support, and good vibes with us!
What You Can Expect
• Weekly group runs at beginner-friendly paces (or faster if you can!!)
• A welcoming environment where no one gets left behind
• Warm-ups and cool-downs (always!)
• Tips and support
• Friendship, accountability, and fun
• Post-run hangouts, coffee, and maybe the occasional sweet treat from the bar
We know how intimidating it can be to get started—trust us, we’ve all been there. That’s why our focus is on making running feel less scary and more social.
