Les Mills GRIT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, which combines short bursts of high-intensity training with periods of recovery. This method increases your fitness levels, builds lean muscle while shaping your body and burning off calories.

GRIT combines strength, plyometric or cardio circuit sequences to put your fitness thoroughly to the test. Barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises are used to blast all your major muscle groups. 

Combined with powerful music and our inspirational fitness instructors who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast your willpower is put to the test.
