How to get shapely deltoids

The deltoid muscle is located on the top of the shoulder creating a rounded shape. The deltoid has three different heads. 
•    Anterior- the front
•    Medial- the middle
•    Postural- the back

Here is an exercise for your rear deltoid called a Bent Over Reverse Fly
•    Stand with your legs hip-width apart and slightly bent 
•    Lean forward to a 45-degree angle keeping your back straight
•    Bring your arms down in front of your chest keeping them slightly bent
•    Raise your arms up to the sides, coming to shoulder height
•    You can also do this seated

Here is an alternative exercise called Cable Face Pulls
•    Set the cable up at eye level and attach the rope attachment to the machine 
•    Stand with your legs hip-width apart and slightly bent 
•    Pull the ropes towards your face, level with your eyes, keeping your elbows up
