Lisa Young

Hey! My name is Lisa, and I have been working in the fitness industry since 2017. I have been a fully qualified personal trainer since October 2021.

I have always had an enormous passion for exercising and keeping fit and healthy. I have been a regular “gym-goer” since I was 16, and since that time, I have tried everything from ORC Races (such as Spartan Races) to Pole Fitness! But where my passion really lies is with bodybuilding and fitness model competitions. I have competed in 2 competitions so far. In November 2019, I won my category and earnt my Pro Card (fitness wellness). So come into the gym and ask me about it; I love sharing my experiences!
