Wayne Gemmell
With around 20 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, I have progressed my knowledge to give everyone I work with the best chance to succeed with their goals. I have recently moved away from the Fitness Team to start the Strength and Conditioning Programme for the Junior Tennis Players.
I have been an Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach for ten years, specialising in tennis. During this time, I undertook an internship at Loughborough University, working with the My Tennis academy, and spent some time working with the Living Tennis academy at Bisham Abbey.
Becoming a Strength and Conditioning coach has meant that I have a great depth of knowledge about the human body. As a result, I can push people to achieve their goals, as well as overcome injuries/ or muscular imbalances they might have by designing bespoke programs catering for the individual’s needs.

INTERESTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS:
I have a keen interest in CrossFit and general conditioning, so when I’m not coaching, I keep myself fit and practice what I preach. Away from the gym, I’m usually found exploring different cities in the UK and overseas. I also enjoy museums, theatre performances, music gigs and conferences.
