1.5    For the purposes of the Act, the data controller is Avenue Tennis Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 09598332 and its registered office at 4 Bloors Lane, Rainham, Gillingham, Kent ME8 7EG.

2.1    You will give us the information we require you to provide when you sign up to become a Member at one of our Clubs. This information can be provided online, over the phone or by completing our Membership forms by hand. This information will include personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, bank account or credit card details, photograph, a brief summary of your medical history, and any information contained on any identification documents you provide to us on registration.

2.2    We may collect information about you from your visits to any of our Clubs or our Website. This includes:

  • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, browser type and version, time zone settings, plug-ins, operating systems and platforms;
  • information about your visit, including full URLs, clickstreams, products you viewed or searched for, downloads, length of visits, and page interaction information; and
  • any information we take from you in any surveys or feedback forms.

2.3    We may also receive personal data or information about you from other sources, such as credit rating agencies, as part of verifying your eligibility for Membership.

7.1    You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will inform you if we intend to use your data for such purposes, or if we disclose your personal data to third parties for such purposes.
