Group Squad sessions typically involves games and drills based on stroke production and singles and doubles tactics. Suitable for adults and juniors of all ages and levels.
Squad coaching also uses the same themes, but with competition based drills and games suitable for adults and juniors of a more competitive level.
We have found the combination of practice and instructed training, leads to optimal learning and improvement at all levels of ability.
Group Coaching
Whether you're a beginner or returning after a break, group sessions will get you up to speed quickly and enhance your enjoyment of the game. We use different drills, and points play and advise you on technique improvements to develop your game, confidence and prevent injury.
Our dedicated team will help you develop your serve, ground shots and volley to enable you to improve your game from the back of the court through to net play.

1-to-1 Coaching
The quickest and by far, the best way to improve your game and develop new skills is through one to one coaching.
During your lesson, we will work on your technique and how to develop every single shot. Lessons are tailored to your individual needs and delivered by our highly qualified and experienced coaching team.
One to one coaching is perfect for anyone looking to grasp the basics or improve their game to win more matches. Suitable for adults and juniors of all levels.

Junior Coaching
Our junior tennis coaching is suitable for children aged three years and up. It takes place weekly for juniors looking to start their tennis career or for those looking to take their tennis to the next level. Our fully licensed LTA coaches lead each session in a fun and friendly environment.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun, friendly fitness class which is open to all abilities. Sessions are done to music and lead by tennis coaches where you’ll be able to hit lots of balls and play some fun games whilst exercising. You can burn up to 500 calories an hour during cardio sessions. We run five adult sessions and one junior session a week.
