Group Squad Sessions
Group Squad sessions are filled with fun games and drills that help you with your strokes and teach you how to play singles and doubles. These coaching sessions are great for both kids and adults of all ages and skill levels. Our coaches focus on the basics so that you can build a strong foundation and improve over time. If you want to learn the basics of tennis, these sessions are perfect for you.
Holiday Camps
Our holiday camps (Easter, Summer, and Christmas) are for kids aged 5 to 14 and are a mix of fun and learning on the court. With small groups, kids get to play lots of games and do drills that help them improve their tennis skills. These camps are a great way to stay active during the holidays and get better at tennis. The range of content covered in these camps ensures that every child can learn and have fun.
Fun Learning Environment
Our tennis coaches create a fun environment where players can practise with others who are at the same level. On our full-size courts, you'll work on important skills and ball control.

Whether you're a beginner or returning after a break, our group coaching sessions will get you up to speed quickly and enhance your enjoyment of the game. We use different drills, and points play and advise you on technique improvements to develop your game, confidence and prevent injury.
Our dedicated team will help you develop your serve, ground shots and volley to enable you to improve your game from the back of the court through to net play.
1-to-1 Coaching
Unlock your full potential with our 1-to-1 private tennis coaching, dedicated to improving player development. Through personalised coaching, we craft tailored strategies to ensure you continue to improve. Our experienced coaches provide attention to detail and feedback, fostering a supportive environment where your game flourishes.
During your lesson, we will work on your technique and how to develop every single shot. Lessons are tailored to your individual needs and delivered by our highly qualified and experienced coaching team.
One to one coaching is perfect for anyone looking to grasp the basics or improve their game to win more matches. Suitable for adults and juniors of all ages and abilities.
Junior Coaching
Our junior tennis coaching is suitable for children aged three years and up. It takes place weekly for juniors looking to start their tennis career or for those looking to take their tennis skills to the next level. Our fully licensed LTA qualified coaches aid player development by leading each session in a fun and friendly environment.
Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun and energetic fitness class which is open to all abilities. Sessions are done to music and lead by tennis coaches where you’ll be able to hit lots of balls and play some fun games whilst exercising. Expect to burn up to 500 calories in your session whilst having a laugh!
We run five adult sessions and one junior session a week to help our members continue to improve. Cardio tennis is included in your racquets membership, book now to reserve your space!
